Konza Headquarters, Konza City

This uniquely designed green 9 story office block located in Konza City serves as the pilot project for KOTDA (Konza Technopolis Development Authority).

The design will include a conference center and 5-star hotel to be built as part of Phase 2 and 3. The design incorporates green architecture and even has a green wall on the façade.
